How we handle your complaint

We confirm that we have received the complaint and reply within 5 working days.
We may ask to see the tyres. Hand them in at the workshop or send them to us – if the complaint is justified, we cover the return cost. Bring the car if the tyres are mounted.
If we need an assessment from the manufacturer or supplier, we tell you how long it will take.
You receive the answer in writing. If the complaint is justified, we repair the fault, deliver new tyres, reduce the price or terminate the purchase under the Consumer Purchases Act, and cover necessary costs you have incurred, such as shipping.

The complaint period is two years after you received the tyres (five years for goods meant to last substantially longer). Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect – within two months is always in time. If we cannot find a solution, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation, see section 16 of the terms of sale.
