Shipping and delivery
Pickup and fitting at the workshop – free
Choose "Pickup at EVVA Auto" at checkout and shipping is free. We e-mail you when the tyres are ready – normally within 3–5 working days after ordering for tyres from the supplier's warehouse, and the same or next working day for tyres in our own stock. Bring your order number.
Would you like us to fit the tyres? Choose fitting when you pick pickup at checkout, and choose a time right after the purchase – or book an appointment later. Fitting and other services are paid at the workshop; if you buy the tyres from us, you get 10 % off the fitting.

Home delivery
We ship tyres with Posten to all of Norway (except Svalbard and Jan Mayen), at the same price whatever the postcode. The price follows Posten's prices and depends on how many tyres you buy and how heavy they are. Checkout calculates the price for exactly your tyres and shows it before you pay.

A parcel can weigh at most 35 kg. Small tyres go up to four in one parcel, most others two or three, and the largest one by one – several parcels may be delivered separately. The parcel is delivered to the nearest pickup point, normally 2–5 working days after dispatch, and you receive a tracking number by e-mail. A tyre heavier than 35 kg cannot be sent as a parcel; checkout then offers pickup only, and you can contact us about shipping.
Tyres not in our own stock are ordered from the supplier's warehouse in Gothenburg. They reach us within 3 working days, and from order to home delivery it normally takes 6–9 working days. In high season and to some parts of the country it can take a little longer. The expected delivery time is shown on the product page and at checkout.
When will the tyres arrive?
- In stock at EVVA Auto – ready for pickup the same or next working day, shipped the next working day.
- Order item – delivered to us from the supplier within 3 working days; ready for pickup within 3–5 working days, delivered to your door within 6–9 working days.
- Not available – cannot be ordered right now.
Should an order item be sold out at the supplier after you have ordered, we contact you immediately and offer an equivalent tyre or cancellation at no cost – the amount is only reserved, not charged, until the tyres are ready.
Damaged parcel or wrong item
Check the parcel on arrival. If the packaging is damaged, note it with the carrier if possible. Contact us as soon as possible at webshop@evvaauto.no or +47 966 69 166 if the tyres are damaged or wrong – we arrange a new shipment or a return at no cost to you.
Uncollected goods
Tyres not collected within 30 days after we have notified you that they are ready may be returned to the supplier. We contact you before that happens. See the terms of sale sections 6 and 11.
